Increase your intake of fresh fruit and vegetables, organically grown if possible. Choose a wide variety of healthy delicious fresh foods. 2. Drink More Pure Water Consume equal to 2 litres of pure filtered water, some of this may be in herbal tea form. In addition try some freshly made vegetable juices, include juice daily, (carrot, celery, beets, etc.). 3. Partake in Regular Exercise Aerobic (makes you breath deeper) exercise is best undertaken at least 3 times a week. This exercise is of your choice and to a level that is compatible to your fitness level. 4. Ensure adequate Rest and Relaxation We all function to our optimum if we get enough sleep and relaxation on a regular basis. 5. Reduce or Avoid. Avoid if possible and if you cannot manage it just yet reduce to a minimum: alcohol, cigarettes, and processed packaged preserved foods. Other health destroyers to avoid are excessive coffee, tea, salt, sugar, chocolate, cola drinks, and white flour products ( breads, pastries, cakes, etc.). 6. Enjoy Nature at Her Finest. Fresh air and the natural elements are refreshing and invigorating to the body and soul. Take advantage of this natural gift as much as possible. Visit the forests, the oceans, the lakes, the parks or someone's back garden. If all this is not possible, enjoy some house plants. Make contact with the earth and the elements, the wind, the sun, the rain. 7. Eat slowly in a relaxed unhurried atmosphere. Eat your meals in an unhurried relaxed atmosphere, do not eat unless you are hungry. Chewing your food thoroughly begins the digestion process and increases the chance of complete absorption of nutrients. ESSENCE CaresA Day of PresenceWe Matter. We Care. We Act.
