Saving my mental and physical Health
For the past few months I didn’t understand why I couldn’t remember anything. At times I thought I was losing my mind. On top of that I was extremely irritable snapping at people for unknown reasons. My patience was thin as ice. One day I called Dr. Eve for business and ended up describing to her my symptoms.
She told me immediately that I had “Brain Fog”. Brain Fog what in the heck is that? She began asking me a series of questions. Was my stomach bloated? Do I feel tired and sluggish? I checked D, all of the above.
She said that I needed to cleanse, and the reason why my stomach was bloated is because I’m not digesting my food, which means my system is not working properly.
I made an appt to see her for a consultation. Again, she said I am suffering from Brain Fog, allergic to some of the foods I’m eating and severely dehydrated. In addition, she recommended a brain balancing treatment.
She instructed me to sit in this chaise like reclining chair. She showed me a picture of the brain and then put on a pair of dark glasses instructing me to keep my eyes completely closed.
Then she put a pair of head phones over my ears and told me to listen to the instructions. A very soothing voice came on and told me to take a few deep breaths and then concentrate on my right brain. Lights began flashing from the glasses and I began focusing on the right brain. The same voice told me to concentrate on the left side of my brain. Finally the voice said bridge the two together. Get this! During the brain balancing session I could see a dark shadow lift from my brain. Don’t believe me I dare you to try it for yourself.
After my session was over I felt different it as if my head opened up.
That was a few days ago. Since then my memory has improved drastically. I will report back to you after I finish my 30-day cleanse.
